Eddie Raj is a composer and producer based in New York. Originally from Dallas, Eddie grew up as a classical and choral singer. His first compositions were art songs and choral music. He later expanded to musicals, film scores, concert works, and musical production. Currently, he is pursuing a master's in Screen Scoring at NYU.

Eddie's music has been described as "remarkably fluid and idiomatic" and "masterfully orchestrated." His concert works draw on mythology and literature for inspiration. Most recently, his collection of three tone poems won Harvard's Hoopes Prize and helped earn him the John Knowles Paine Fellowship. Eddie's work has been performed by top-tier ensembles such as The Crossing, Yarn/Wire, The Parker Quartet, the Budapest Scoring Orchestra, and various other ensembles.
When he's not composing. Eddie enjoys both orchestrating and audio engineering. In Boston, he co-founded Harvard Composers Association, which produced over 40 individual recording sessions student film and chamber music. In addition to teaching composition, HCA organized session players from the Boston Pops, teachers at Boston Conservatory, and session
musicians playing on Grammy-winning albums.
